The event was opened by MOST IT Hub CEO Dias Kozhatayev and Rocket Tech co-founder Oleg Kachalin.
Victor Kuptsov, UXR Lead and researcher at Rocket Tech, spoke at the event. He has been in the profession for over 8 years, with a track record of working on a hundred projects. In his presentation titled "How to turn a product into a business: launching scaling based on research," Victor showed participants why the transition from subjective assumptions to objective data is critical for startups and how research helps find growth points.
The audience included startup owners, researchers, and young professionals interested in UX and product practices. The audience actively asked questions, and at the end, participants filled out questionnaires for a chance to take their projects to the next stage — a UX roast.

- September 29 — UX roast: an honest review of real projects by experts from Rocket Tech and Bereke Bank.
- October 6 — workshop on preparing products for user testing.
- October 9 — official opening of UX LAB in Almaty.
