Onboarding and support. Service selection, migration and monitoring. Rocket Tech is responsible for the agreed work; the cloud platform’s terms are defined separately.
Qwen in your product. Assistants, document search and agents. The budget is estimated based on model, workload and pricing plan; actual costs are monitored after launch.

Yes, under a contract with Rocket Tech: available cloud services, Model Studio and tools. Onboarding and support are agreed separately.
In which countries do you sell Alibaba Cloud?
Under the reseller certificate, in 15 countries: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Israel, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
What is Qwen and how do I get access?
Qwen is a family of Alibaba Cloud models available in Model Studio. The model, region, connection setup and pricing are chosen to fit the task.
Where will the data be stored?
The storage region and the request processing scope depend on the service and its settings. In Model Studio they are selected separately; the processing setup is agreed before connection.
Can systems be migrated from another cloud?
Feasibility and scope of migration are determined after an assessment. Migration is done in stages, with checks before switchover.
How are services paid for?
Under a contract with Rocket Tech. Services and team work are billed separately; the estimate depends on the configuration, load and chosen payment model.
