JetPay is a Kazakh payment system. It accepts payments on online store and service websites, by card and other methods.
The payment page is the last step of a purchase: if anything on it is unclear, the customer leaves. JetPay needed payment interfaces that make it easy to choose a convenient method and complete the payment.
Task
Design JetPay’s payment interfaces: all payment methods, screens and states, from choosing a method to the receipt.
How the work went
- Customer journey (CJM). How the customer gets to payment and what matters to them at each step.
- Screen and state flows (user flow) for each payment method.
- Prototypes of all screens.
- Final design for desktop and mobile.
Payment form
All payment methods are gathered in one form, on tabs:
- Card: Visa and Mastercard, with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay buttons alongside.
- Qiwi: by phone number, with a redirect to the Qiwi website to complete the payment.
- Kassa 24 and Cyberplat: payment services, each with its own tab.
- Carriers: payment from Kcell, Activ, Beeline, Tele2 and Altel mobile balance, confirmed by code.
After payment, the customer sees a success screen with a receipt: payment number and amount, fee, purpose and recipient. The receipt can be downloaded or sent by email.
All screens come in desktop and mobile versions.
Result
JetPay now has payment interfaces where the customer chooses a convenient method and goes all the way to the receipt in one form, on desktop and mobile. The work covered the full path: from the customer journey map to the final design.
