Rocket Tech has confirmed its AI expertise with three global technology companies. We have joined the OpenAI partner network as a Select Partner, become an Alibaba Cloud reseller partner, and the company's founders and top management have completed the Anthropic certification program for Claude Code.
For banks and fintech companies in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, this means that deploying solutions based on OpenAI technologies, connecting Alibaba Cloud services, and launching Claude Code in development teams can be done with a single partner — the same team that has been building products for them since 2011.
OpenAI: Select Partner and ChatGPT certification
Rocket Tech is an OpenAI Select Partner and provides services for deploying solutions based on OpenAI technologies.

On October 28, 2026, Rocket Tech co-founder and CEO Roman Nadein received the OpenAI Partner Network — ChatGPT Deployment Practitioner certification. It confirms that the specialist can manage ChatGPT deployment in a company from setup to scaling: plan the launch, configure the workspace and employee access, launch use cases, manage change within teams, and measure how employees use the tool.
The certification is valid until October 28, 2027. It can be verified on the OpenAI Partner Network website.
Alibaba Cloud: Reseller partner
Rocket Tech is an Alibaba Cloud reseller partner: the company has joined the Alibaba Cloud Partner Network as a Channel Partner Reseller.
The status is valid in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and 12 other countries — from Turkey and the UAE to India. Clients in these countries can purchase Alibaba Cloud services through Rocket Tech — from the same team that develops products on them.
Anthropic: Claude Code certification
Rocket Tech's founders and top management have received the Claude Partner Badge: Claude Code — an Anthropic certification for partners who deploy Claude Code in client companies.
The program consists of 8 courses covering all stages of client work. Each includes practice on real work materials: configuring the tool for a team, deciding on the deployment method, answering security questionnaires, custom commands, skills and hooks, and telemetry collection. It concludes with a final project and a scenario-based exam.
The certification confirms that the team can implement Claude Code turnkey: assess the task, deploy and configure the tool, and support its operation. The badge can be verified on Credly.
