What does “OpenAI Select Partner” mean?
It is a membership tier in the OpenAI Partner Network, confirmed for Rocket Tech by an OpenAI letter as of 8 October 2026. The status does not replace agreement on the scope of work and responsibilities for a project.
Can a bank use OpenAI?
It depends on the data, the use case and applicable requirements. Masking, permitted data transfer and tasks within the internal perimeter are agreed with information security and compliance before the pilot.
Does OpenAI train models on our data?
By default, data from ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and the API is not used to train models. This does not mean there is no storage or transfer: terms depend on the product, features and settings.

How much does the rollout cost?
Work is estimated by stage after the audit. OpenAI usage is billed separately according to the plan for the product and enabled features.
Do you work only with OpenAI?
No. Tools are selected to fit the task, budget and data. Rocket Tech is also an Alibaba Cloud reseller partner (Qwen models); founders and senior management are Anthropic-certified in Claude Code.
