The request path is visible from creation to payout
A finance request goes through approval and the payout queue; the “expense approved” and “paid” stages are separate. You can see whose move is next.
Employees, projects, clients, documents, approvals and corporate knowledge in one workspace. Routes and reminders take each request from creation to decision and execution. Rocket Tech itself runs on Rocket Deck.
Teams grow faster than documentation
Kazakhstan. The Astana Hub ecosystem added about 700 companies in a year and supports 32K jobs; at this hiring pace, the reasons behind decisions stay in chats and in people’s heads, and every new hire has to reconstruct them. Uzbekistan. IT Park now has more than 3,500 residents, and employment doubled in a year; at this hiring pace, the reasons behind decisions stay in chats, and every new hire has to reconstruct them.
People, projects and business processes in a single system
An employee submits a request, the person in charge makes a decision, and the system records the status, notifies participants and links the outcome to documents and data. Managers see tasks, team workload, commercial commitments and pending decisions.
A finance request goes through approval and the payout queue; the “expense approved” and “paid” stages are separate. You can see whose move is next.
Leave is approved, remaining days are updated, and the order is generated from a template and available in the HR workspace. No digging through message threads to reconstruct history.
Workload plan, Jira hours, resource costs and project profitability side by side. Overload and deviations from plan show up earlier; accuracy depends on data completeness.
Tasks, meetings, approvals and your own requests on one home page: it is clear where to start and what action is pending.
Employee profiles, companies and departments, managers, skills, documents, statuses and absences.
Requests, approval routes, comments, leave balances, history and orders.
Approval, payment queue, payment confirmation and follow-up checks; linked to a company and project.
DOCX and PDF documents from templates, forms, generation history, signing routes and digital signature verification.
Leads, companies, contacts, interaction history, contracts, estimates, invoices and acceptance certificates; deadline and overdue tracking.
Planned vs actual revenue, expenses, resource costs, monthly metrics and profitability.
Staffing across projects, Jira hours, availability and specialist requests.
Kanban, deadlines, templates, checklists, time tracking and shared boards linked to a project or client.
Onboarding programmes, materials, tests, reminders and progress; review periods and development plan.
Library, journal and news; full-text and semantic search, favourites and subscriptions.
Calendar and meeting rooms, invitations to participants, work mailboxes; asset register and equipment requests.
We review the requests, documents, approvals and data your operations rely on, and identify which processes to start with.
Approval routes, document templates, permissions and modules are set up around your processes; scope and timeline are fixed after an assessment.
Integration with Jira, email, calendars and your systems via documented APIs and single sign-on; the set of connections is agreed in advance.
Decisions and agreements from meetings and chats are handled by a separate product. Rocket Context
“Running a company well is not about a separate directory or a kanban board. It is about the links between people, commitments, deadlines and money. We built Rocket Deck around our own processes: requests, decisions, documents and project economics sit side by side, so a manager does not have to piece the picture together from chats.”

Rocket Deck is Rocket Tech’s own platform, and our company runs on it. There are no public pricing plans or standard implementation timelines: for another company, the platform is configured around its processes after an assessment.
Our system exchanges data with Jira, corporate email and calendars, sends notifications to Telegram and provides single sign-on for connected applications. CRM, financial requests and employee data exports are available via documented APIs.
Search across corporate knowledge, by text and by meaning. Development analytics reviews work when a model is connected. The system does not attempt to run the company in place of people.
For HR documents and leave orders, digital signing and signature verification via NCALayer are implemented. A specific company’s document management requirements are reviewed separately.
This is data from Rocket Tech’s live system as of 16 October 2026: the cumulative scale of work, including migrated history. We have not yet measured time or cost savings and do not promise them.
The cost depends on processes, modules and integrations and is estimated after an assessment.
