QA senior

Rocket Tech is looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our fintech development team.

What you will do

• Test functionality (web and mobile apps).

• Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports, test plans).

• Accept developers’ tasks, verify compliance with requirements and make sure no bugs remain.

• Work with APIs (Postman, Swagger) and logs (Kibana, Grafana, Sentry).

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, DevOps and designers.

• Help shape QA processes and mentor junior specialists.

What matters to us

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.

• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.

• Knowledge of testing types: functional, integration, regression, system, load (at the planning level), UI/UX.

• Command of test design techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary values, decision tables, state transitions, pairwise testing).

• Experience with Jira, TestRail / Zephyr / Qase.

• Basic SQL knowledge.

• Experience with Git (GitLab/GitHub).

• Understanding of CI/CD processes.

• Basic knowledge of Linux, HTTP/HTTPS, REST, WebSocket.

Soft skills

• Attention to detail, systems thinking.

• Ability to make a clear case for the bugs you find.

• Time management and task prioritization skills.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
