I, a user of the rocketfirm.com website, whose surname, first name and patronymic (if stated in the identity document) are indicated in the application form, give “Raketnaya Firma” Limited Liability Partnership, BIN 130840013026, address: 103 Begalin St., Medeu District, Almaty, 050026, Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter, the Operator), my consent to the collection and processing of my personal data for the purpose of reviewing my application for the vacancy I have selected.
Reviewing the application and résumé, assessing whether my candidacy meets the requirements of the selected vacancy, contacting me, arranging interviews and informing me of the outcome.
Surname, first name, patronymic (if stated in the identity document), phone number, information on education, work experience and professional skills from the résumé, as well as email address, Telegram username, salary expectations and start date (if I have provided them), and the text of the cover letter.
Collection, accumulation, storage, clarification, use for the stated purposes, deletion and destruction.
The consent is valid from the moment it is given until the review of my candidacy for the selected vacancy is completed, or until it is withdrawn, subject to legal restrictions. Once the review of the application is completed, the Operator stops processing the data for this purpose and deletes it, unless there is an independent legal basis for further storage. Where such a basis exists, only the necessary data is retained for a justified period. This consent does not cover storing résumés for a talent pool.
I consent to the transfer of my application and résumé data to OpenAI OpCo, LLC (USA) via API for preliminary automated screening: matching education, work experience and professional skills against the requirements of the selected vacancy.
The resulting assessment is reviewed by a recruiter. Decisions on further participation in the selection process and on hiring are made by a person; applications are not rejected automatically.
An objection to automated processing can be sent to hello@rocketfirm.com. The Operator will review it and communicate the outcome within three business days. The Operator’s actions may be appealed in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Cross-border transfer: I consent to the cross-border transfer of the same data to the United States of America, to the same recipient, for the same purpose.
I consent to the transfer of my name, phone number, email address, Telegram username, salary expectations, start date, cover letter text and résumé link to Telegram Messenger Inc. (the Telegram service) in order to deliver a notification of my application to the Operator’s authorised employees, as well as to the cross-border transfer of this data when Telegram’s foreign infrastructure is used.
The data will not be disclosed in publicly available sources.
I may withdraw my consent by sending a request to hello@rocketfirm.com. Within fifteen business days, the Operator stops processing unless continued processing or storage of the data is required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or provides a reasoned refusal.
I give my consent by ticking the box in the form myself and submitting the application. The Operator links the consent record to the application and the candidate’s full name, recording the date, time and text or version of the consent. The Operator keeps the consent record for 15 months from the date of the application solely to confirm that consent was obtained, and then deletes it.
