Everyday banking in one app
Accounts, cards, transfers and loan applications come together in one digital channel. Journeys are tested with users.
Accounts, cards and payments for retail and business; loans, deposits and corporate features are added in stages. Web, iOS and Android on the bank’s design system.
The app has become the main channel
Kazakhstan. Nine tenths of cashless transaction volume goes through apps and QR, and from July 2026 every bank has a unified interbank QR and transfers by phone number — features no longer set banks apart; what does is the convenience of journeys and how fast new ones ship. Uzbekistan. There are already 75 M cards, more than half of transactions go through smartphones, and from November 2026 transfers are allowed only from mobile apps — yet half of all cards are unused, and the app has to turn an issued card into an active customer.

We build the digital channel team, launch it and hand it over to the bank once the agreed targets are met. How it works
“A mobile bank is not screens, it is scenarios: open an account, make a transfer, get a loan without visiting a branch. They are assembled from modules on the bank’s design system, so there is no need to start from scratch.”
