Flutter

We are Rocket Tech, a team building digital products and solutions for fintech and related industries. We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter developer who does more than write code and sees the product as a whole, from architecture to release. We need someone ready to own technical decisions and develop mobile engineering best practices across the company.

What you will do

• Build and evolve complex mobile apps in Flutter, including Flutter Web.

• Design and evolve a scalable multi-module architecture, take part in architectural decisions, code review and codebase improvements.

• Ensure code quality, reliability, security and product performance.

• Work with the analytics, design, backend and QA teams.

• Set up CI/CD and integrate analytics and monitoring tools.

• Publish apps to the App Store and Google Play, and handle technical and organisational release issues.

What we expect

• 3+ years of commercial Flutter development.

• Strong command of Dart and the ability to write readable, maintainable and testable code.

• Deep understanding of architectural approaches (BLoC, Clean Architecture, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).

• Good understanding of iOS and Android platform specifics.

• Experience with native integrations: Platform Channels, plugins, iOS and Android specifics.

• Experience with Firebase / Firestore, REST API, GraphQL and local databases.

• Skills in integrating with payment systems, external APIs and microservices.

• Experience setting up analytics (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics) and monitoring tools.

• Confident use of mobile app build and publishing tools.

• Ability to implement Figma designs precisely, including animations and complex UI.

• Understanding of CI/CD, SOLID, OOP, async programming principles.

• Mentoring and code review experience is a big plus.

Nice to have

• Native development experience for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).

• Experience on fintech projects.

• Ability to design and document APIs.

• Use of AI tools in development (Cursor, Codex, Claude, etc.).

• Experience automating routine tasks with AI.

There is an existing iOS and Android solution in Swift and Kotlin. It needs to be rewritten in Flutter, replacing endpoint bindings and variables along the way.
